Windows 10: How do I find if some libraries are still needed?

I have a critical laptop that is well backed up and is running fine. The only problem is the HDD is pretty much consumed. I have removed all the things I know I don't want or need. Still about 50% of the capacity is Windows Redistributables and other Windows bits with dates back to when I bought this machine. I added the header "last used on" and there is no data.Is there a means to determine if these components are still needed? Are they referenced by any current programs?Any guidance would be appreciated.

Map a network drive folder to my video library

To Include folders using Manage Library Tools, we suggest that you perform the steps below:

• In File Explorer, select or open a library (ex: Videos) you want to include a folder or drive to.
• Click on the Library Tools Manage tab, and click on the Manage library button in the ribbon.
• Click on the Add button
• Browse to and select a folder or drive that you want to include in this library, and click on the Include folder button.
• When finished, click/tap on OK.

Delete a Library in Windows 10

Duplicate Music Library Sign Windows 10
