    How do I find my purchases / receive them from the Microsoft store; on a different computer?


    Recently I've lost access to my computer that I had purchased Minecraft on from the Microsoft store. And I signed in with the email I used to purchase, checked my library and the game itself and it says it needs to be bought again?I've already bought this game, I think it's ridiculous if I have to buy it again just because I have a new computer.

    Cannot activate Win10 Pro after Microsoft Store app purchase

    Hello guys,

    My laptop came pre-installed with Win10 Home 64bit and I recently purchased a Win 10/11 Pro licence from the Microsoft Store app. Unfortunately, having some issues activating the digital licence for Win10 Pro.

    Here is the situation:
    • Logged into Microsoft account used for the purchase (also received the email receipt of the purchase)
    • Already connected to stable internet

    What I tried so far:

    Entering the Win10 Pro generic key:



    Received error 0x800700005:

    Clicking Close returned another error 0xC004F034:

    Clicking Troubleshoot re-activated my Win10 Home so still not on Pro.

    So I guess my suggestion of calling Microsoft and telling them you can't activate your purchased OS from their store doesn't count? *Huh

    Using your Microsoft Account to purchase something in the store.

    I suggest you to follow the methods below and check if it helps.

    Method 1: Reset store cache.


    • Press Windows logo key + X and click
      Run.

    • Type WSReset.exe in the empty space and hit ENTER.
    Try opening the Windows store and check for the issue.



    If the issue persist, I suggest you to sign-in to Windows store with Different Microsoft Account and try to purchase any game or application and check if it helps.
