    How do I find out exactly which program or component is telling my computer where it is...


    So I'm having a problem where my pc thinks it's located in a wrong place. It thinks I'm in Canada but that's not even the right country! I don't use a VPN, and I've removed any software program that I thought may be messing up my pc's location, but I can't find the root cause of the location issue. Surely there must be somewhere in Windows that keeps a log of what program or system component is telling my pc where it's located right?

    Why did the startup window get cleared?

    I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
