Windows 10: How do I find out what version of WINDOWS came on my HP Spectre x360 laptop?

I wanted to create WIN10 x 64 installation media DVD but think I need to know what version of WIN x64 came on my laptop. I don't recall if it had 8 or 8.1 on it when I bought it maybe 5 years ago. If I ever needed to re-install WIN10 such as to do a reset, I may need to reset back to the factory install the image on my D partition and then re-upgrade to WIN10. Not sure if I can find out what OS originally came on my machine and, thus, the version that would install if I ever needed to do the built-in recovery. My laptop is HP model: 13-4003DX.

It seems that Microsoft still has the free WIN10 upgrade live on their site and can download and save the installation software image. See:

HP x360 Spectre Windows Hello No Longer Working

Thanks for the suggestion. For reference (for people coming after me trying to find a solution), the steps Lee is suggesting are as follows:

• Device Security > Security Processor Details > Security Processor Troubleshooting > Clear TPM

Appreciate the help, Lee, but resetting the TPM using the process above didn't work. All it did was make me reset my PIN and sign in again via my Microsoft account. As I mentioned in my initial post, I have an HP Spectre
x360 Convertible 13-ae0xx, so I've been using the drivers found here:

Also as I mentioned, the latest drivers are installed - that's always my first go-to solution (other than turning it off and on again! ).

Any other suggestions?

• What is the Version and Build of Windows 10 installed on the PC? (Type
  winver in Windows search/Run command)
  
• What happens when you open the Camera app?
  
• Are you not able to see the webcam driver under Imaging devices?
  
• Are you aware of any changes on the PC prior to this issue?

x360 Design and Experience for Maximum Versatility
The HP Spectre x360 is designed with an all CNC aluminum chassis and is 15.9 millimeters in height and weighs 3.3 pounds. The device features polished metal on the sides that is achieved using a single machined cut, giving it a jewelry-like finish in a natural silver color.
