    How do I find the files I stored in the recovery drive?


    I connected my laptop's HDD to my desktop using an HDD enclosure and USB cable. The desktop has Windows 10 and the laptop HDD has Windows 8.1 installed, and after connecting it to the desktop I moved some files and folders from the main drive of the laptop HDD to its recovery drive in a folder called Recovery. However when I connected the laptop HDD to the laptop I couldn't see the files or that folder I had transferred to the recovery drive, but when I connected it back to the desktop everything was there. So what should I do so that I can see those files when the HDD is connected to the lapt

    I'd like to know if there's a way of listing all the files stored in my hardware and arrange them by size, because I want to keep track of what's on my hard drive. Thanks, I hope you answer.

    You can use Windows search. Just search for *.* on a desired drive. When list is done just arrange them by size LOL.

    You can do it via command line as well and make an output text file showing files and their sizes (but without arrangement)
