Windows 10: How do I find the Tools menu for Mail Windows 10?

I bought the business version of Windows 10 for a reason, I use this computer for business. Now I need to send an email and request a Read Receipt and I cannot find the Tool Menu referred to in the only results I can find when I ask how to do this in Windows Mail. I had Outlook 2010 on my old computer and this feature is very important.


So, how do I find this Tools Menu for Mail?

Because I need to send several emails with the request for a Read Receipt.


I had to select Windows Settings from the Category selection on where to post this question because there is NO option under any category for Mail.

Feature suggestion: Add right-click menu

Suggestion: Please add a Windows 7 Jump-List and/or right-click menu to the GPU-Z icon in the Windows taskbar. Possible menus in it would be "Exit" and "About GPU-Z...".
Maybe also "Switch to tab 1/Switch to tab 2/Switch to videocard 1/Switch to videocard 2" too.
Examples of programs that have such menus are ICQ, Skype, AIM.

NOTE: It seems for a right-click menu, Windows 7 is not needed - it works on WinXP and Vista too.
But even a Windows 7 Jump-list may be good enough.

Windows 10 Snipping Tool on Windows 7

All it is is one extra step beyond what is native to windows 10. Yes, technically it would be easier to have the functionality of print built in to the Windows 7 version, but you just have to save it ,and right click on it ,and print.

As far as getting the windows 10 version into windows7. I know there was a way to get the old winpaint, so maybe there's a way to get the snipping tool into 10, I don't know.

I suggest you to remove Windows Mail app, however, you need to reinstall Windows Calendar app from Windows store.

Follow the below steps from the article and check:
