    I frequently find everything is slowing to a stop. I will take two or three minutes to open Task Manager and find the disc is running at 100%. Often the task with the highest disc usage is taskhostw.exe, so I usually lower its priority to 'below normal' and raise Task Manager and whatever I am trying to do to 'above normal'.When I look at the files being accessed, they often appear to be related to updates or installations, but sometimes there is no obvious update process running.First, how can I find what is calling taskhostw.exe?Second, why are updates/installations running in the backgrou
