Windows 10: How do I fix 6 items on my my computer that are not syncing?

I recently received a message from Norton after I did a full system scan that 6 files on my computer's One Drive did not sync. I have looked up ways to solve this problem, and one was to click on repair, but there was no option listed for repair. The items that didn't sync were listed. Does anyone know how I cam fix this, and why it suddenly stopped syncing?

Some calendar items do not get synced

Hi Eric,

After posting my question I've seen yours - too bad, but the servers having too many calendar items and running into a timeout somtimes would be a fitting explanation why it works sometimes.

Would be good if there was a way to delete old items or at least get them in a list instead of having to wade through the calendar.

For us the problem is the syncing items from the phone to the web. If it is on the web, it will sync to the computer, but it has to be synced from phone to web first.

So it seems the unstable part is somewhere between the phone and the web.

I dunnow, maybe there is a way to get a logfile for the syncing process which could be used to find more information about the error?

Email will not sync in Windows 10

I suggest you to follow the below steps to change the Mailbox sync settings.

  Open the Mail app and sign in to your account.
  
• 
  Click on the gear icon (Settings) from the bottom left corner.
  
• 
  Click on the Accounts under
  Settings.
  
• 
  Click on your account.
  
• 
  Click on the Change mailbox sync settings and check in the
  Sync options.

• Are you trying to send E-mails using Windows Mail app or Outllok.com or MS Office Outlook?

I suggest you to refer to the below given article to configure the account with Mail app and re-configure it and check if it helps:

Also after configuring account kindly follow the below given steps and check if mail syncs:

• Click on Gear (setting) button in left panel in Mail app.
• Click or tap on Account in right panel.
• Click or tap on the Account that is not syncing.
• Click on Change mailbox sync setting.
• Select “as item arrives” under Download new content.
• Toggle Email to ON under Sync options.
• Check and verify that sync works now.
