Windows 10: How do i fix a Black screen with only a loading cursor

Hey so just maybe 7 hours ago my pc was booting up fully into windows fine, 7 hours later i went on my pc and it showed that it was loading windows than it brought me to blank screen with loading sign than it stopped loading than i was stuck on a blank screen and when i moved my mouse it fave me loading cursor not the regular one i also checked my motherboard to see if there were any error lights there weren’t but my motherboard says aa at the bottom. Also i had tried doing the shortcut to safe mode but wont work i have tried a couple and didn't work.. If someone could help me with this proble

I upgraded to windows 10 from windows 8 and not 8.1 with black screen and cursor I had no password so it should automatically load into account but it did not plus I tried ctrl key and enter plus all other key combinations but nothing and waited for half an hour. Please help all suggestions are welcomed!

P.S. I can see the cursor and the loading windows logo so no imbecile answers like graphic card driver or monitor driver for god sake

I have tried following the steps of booting into safe mode, going into the control panel and uninstalling the latest windows update that caused the 'Windows black screen with cursor' error. However, now it wont even boot to the desktop, it will show 'Automatic repairs being done' and then automatically booting to safe mode. Upon checking my BIOS, the SSD drive with windows installed with it, is not even showing up in the boot list/priority. (still able to see drive in bios under System status and when checking under windows installation time.)
