    how do i fix a "check cable connection ! no bootable devive " on an Acer Aspireone netboot with Windows 7 starter without a repair USB ?

    Windows not booting it shows check cable connection no bootable device insert boot disk and press any key

    Is that the complete error message?

    This is the normal error message for that:

    Check cable connection!

    PXE-M0F: Exiting Intel PXE ROM.

    No bootable device -- insert boot disk and press any key

    There are normally 3 possible reasons for that error.

    1. BIOS Boot Order set to Boot to Network: Check BIOS settings for Boot Order.

    2. Check cable connections between Motherboard and Hard Drive.

    3. Failed Hard Drive.
