Windows 10: How do I fix a mini tab with black background in the center of the screen when I open a new...

When I open a new tab, a mini tab with black background in the center of the screen appears and then when I close that said mini tab, the whole tab also closes. What do I do?

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it help.

• 
  Open Paint.
  
• 
  Under Home Tab, Click on Fill with color.
  
• 
  Select the black color, and now click on blank page below.
  
• 
  Now the background will be in black color.
  
• 
  Select Brushes under Home tab and select yellow color.
  
• 
  Then you will be able to write word and Figures in yellow color.

Impossible.
But, you could bookmark it then middle click the bookmark to open in the background...
