Windows 10: How do I fix a "Windows licence will expire soon" message with Windows 10 Pro?

How do I fix a "Windows license will expire soon" message on a laptop with Windows 10 Pro? It was activated by the shop from which I bought the laptopnew about 5 months ago. It was fine until today it started to show me "Windows license will expire soon" message repeatedly.

To resolve the issue with the error message Your Windows license will expire soon. You need to activate Windows in Settings,
we suggest checking Rakesh's post on this
link. If your Operating System is already Window 10, and you'll only updating your Operating System there's no fee for that. To ensure that your license has no issue, we suggest following the steps provided by Rakesh's on his post.

Hello,

I bought my current laptop almost exactly two years ago, and it came with Windows 10 Home edition. Today, I started getting the message that "Your Windows licence will expire soon", asking me to (re)activate. The issue is that in the Activation submenu of
settings, there is no warning letting me know when it will expire. I don't think I have a product key but I imagine there is a digital license somewhere in the laptop.

And, as far as I know, the licence should not expire! Once bought, does it not stay "mine" forever?

(The hard disk was replaced a couple months ago but as far as I know, that should not affect Windows)

My PC just had this message showing on the screen:

Your Windows licence will expire soon. You need to activate Windows in Settings.

the PC upgraded itself when windows 10 came up. There is no activation key. What can I do?
