Windows 10: How do I fix all the fonts to behave like Windows fonts

Fonts from Google, Apple, and from multiple third parties may have a problem cross-program. For example, on Word 2021, the SF Pro Display Apple get a problem loading a font.E.g., instead of using glyphs for stances like, SF Pro Regular [regular,] SF Pro Regular Italic [italic, Ctrl+I,] SF Pro Bold/Bold Italic [bold/bold italic, Ctrl+B,] ...Microsoft Word will force use Black:For some fonts otherwise, you will need to manually switch fonts if you type Vietnamese. OSX Like Fonts in WINDOWS, possible ?

can you have OSX like font smoothing in Windows ?

for some reason I like the OSX font smoothing really good to read.

I know safari can do that, but what about all of Windows ?

I found these steps in this forum from back in 2010:

Step 1:

I would suggest you to try these steps and check whether it helps in fixing your issue.

Open font settings by clicking on start, click on control panel, and then click on appearance and personalization, under fonts click on change font settings. And select the font size.

Step 2:

If you’re trying to change windows font size then please follow the steps below:

To change Windows fonts

1. Open Appearance Settings by clicking the Start button and then clicking Control Panel. In the search box, type window color, and then click Change window colors and
metrics.

2. In the Item list, click the part of Windows that you want to change the font for. For example, if you want to change the menu font, click Menu in the list. Then, make any of the following changes:

· In the Font list, click the font that you want to use.

· In the Size list, click the font size that you want.

· In the Color list, click the font color that you want.

3. Repeat these steps for each item that you want to make changes to, and then click OK.

Font kind of blurry

I just built a new gaming rig and am using an XFX 6950 and an ASUS 23.6" monitor. On some pages, I notice some fonts are a bit blurry and strain my eyes. Any idea how I can fix this? I am using windows 7, so please make the steps work for that. Thanks.
