Windows 10: How do I fix an issue with the weather app?

weather app shows 1 temp at top and a different 1 at the bottom for the same time. 10 to 20 degrees difference. I uninstalled and reinstalled and then rebooted pc, but still the same. I don't know how to take and include a screenshot of it.

Favorites option issue in Microsoft Weather app.

• What is the Windows 10 version and Build installed? (Type
  winver in Windows search/Run command)
  
• Are you aware of any recent changes to the PC, prior to this issue?
  
• What is the Microsoft Weather app version installed on the PC?

Meanwhile we would suggest you to reset the app and then try adding Orlando Florida as favorites in Microsoft Weather app.

1. Press Windows + I key to open Windows Settings.
   
2. Click on Apps and select Apps & feature from the left pane.
   
3. Scroll and look for Weather app.
   
4. Select the app and click on Advanced option.
   
5. Click on Reset and once you see a tick mark, then relaunch the app and check.

App Update Issue (MSN Weather)

This time, let's try to focus on the Weather app itself. first troubleshooting step that we can suggest is to reset the Weather app, and see how it goes. Here are the steps:

• Type Apps & features on the Cortana search box. Hit the
  Enter key.
  
• Scroll down and click Weather.
• Select Advanced options.
• Click Reset.
• Restart your PC and see if it will update properly this time.

App Update Issue (MSN Weather)

Ok so after resetting the app it still tells me that the app needs repair and when I try to repair it, it cannot install and will try later (original problem).

Running the Windows app Troubleshooter found 2 things it need to fix. Turn on UAC and Corrupt Store Cache. After these had both been fixed successfully I still have the same issue of this app trying to reinstall to repair itself over and over again.
