I have a problem with my HP Laptop with it saying “B1InitializeLibrary failed 0xc00000bb” and I’m wondering how to get rid/fix it, without any difficult steps transporting & opening up laptop.Thanks for your help!

A new computer isnt needed, this can be fixed manually if you change the settings and fix the boot managers. Here is a good walkthrough on how to do it.

I recommend doing it manually not with whatever tool theyre suggesting to use.
