Windows 10: How do I fix blue page errors when downloading a game?

Whenever I try and download Stardew Valley, my laptop has a blue page error. My windows is up to date and I have PC pass but it crashes every time I try and install.

Can't download the Overdrive fix

New to the forums. I tried searching but I can't get much back on downloading the AMD Overdrive fix for the 7-series. Everytime I go to the page to download from Mirror 1 it says Page Cannot be displayed. I am trying to get Overdrive to work, but I keep getting the "No AMD 7-Series CPU Detected" error. Any help getting that engine.zip file would be appreciated. Like I said, mirror 1 isn't working for me, and is the only mirrior it lists to download from.
