Windows 10: how do i fix bluetooth and wifi code 10 error

Hello, I have a code 10 error on my Acer laptop Windows 11 on both my Bluetooth and my WiFi. This means that the control panel does not have a WiFi and Bluetooth option, BUT, this is not always the case. sometimes, after 4 starts it works again until I turn it off completely. Sometimes there is an error message in the device manager for the device that is not working, other times it is simply not there. I have already tried to reinstall my drivers and I have updated them, restarting, Windows update and troubleshooter does not really help me and if it does work once, it disappears again after

Bluetooth driver error 10 when converted to Windows 10

Error code 10 is a driver error, as you have already tried to install the drivers I would suggest you to un-install and re-install drivers and check.



Try the following steps:


Follow the steps mentioned below:

  Right on the start icon and click on device manager

  Select Bluetooth adapter, right click on it and click on un-install.
  
• 
  Restart the computer,
  
•

Windows 10 will not activate Error code 0x803F7001

Possibly there can be the problem with Microsoft activation Server, so your Windows 10 is not activated. In this scenario, you need to wait and verify if it is the issue from Microsoft’s side. But if you are getting error code 0x803f7001, you can also try these steps:

1. Open Settings app. Then go to Update and security > Activation screen > Change product.
2. Type your Windows edition product key and click Next.
3. You’ll get We couldn’t activate Windows error message.
4. Retry steps 1-3 then type your 25-characters unique product key.
5. Wait for the process to complete, Windows 10 is activated.

Bluetooth in windows 10

My computer specs are as listed in the profile. I think all of you guys are correct. I don't have built-in Bluetooth in mobo.

I contacted skull candy headphones and thy have told me if I do not have built-in Bluetooth, I would need a dongle which supports at least a2dp. I do not know what the heck that means. I have a feeling I would need more than a cheap dongle.

Anyone suggest some a2dp adapters. I searched but don't know what a2dp is so couldn't make a decision
