Windows 10: How do i fix broken resolution?

I recently downloaded a goofy free game off steam mi scusi when i opened the game it was super zoomed in so i tried adjusting my resolution and zoom none of these worked however while adjusting them somethinf new happened ive messed with my resolution before but this was new black bars appeared showing my resolution was too low or too high but when i switched back ti the res. I always have used they didn’t go away. I can switch around the res. And the bars just relocate. Ive tried screen sharing with an agent and didn’t get anywhere the problem is still going on even after deleting and rei
