Windows 10: How do I fix BSOD error "VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR"?

I have been getting this error since last week. I have tried rebooting my computer, system restore, command prompt > sfc /scannow and dism restorehealth, I have re-installed windows, and updated my drivers, however, the issue still persist until now.Please help with a viable solution.here is a link of my minidump: 072124-31281-01.zipThank you!

Check Disk by following these steps:

• Type cmd in the search bar.
• Right-click on the Command Prompt, then Run as administrator.
  
• Type chkdsk x: /r, the /r command will fix errors found on the disk.

+1 to listing your full system specs, OS version, etc. I did only look at your BSOD log file.

Run a Diskchk /R (I know you already ran one, so you can skip this)

Run SFC /SCANNOW

Report back.

 

FIX VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR

HI,

my laptop(hp zbook 15 g4) is showing me error message VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR(BSOD) every now and then especially when gaming or browsing (using brave browser)

i have tried the following :

-uninstalling nivida drivers using ddu and installing it manually from the official website

-disabling fast startup

-running sfc and dism

-running hardware troubleshooting tool (showed no errors)

im using windows 11 version 21h2 build 22000,2245

i also have kaspersky antivirus and advancedsystemcare installed if that helps
