Windows 10: How do I fix "cant open access to control editor. the system cannot find the file specified"

So I tried to delete a virus manually, when I tried deleting it, it just refused to download, then I went to safe mode to try to delete it and was struck with "cannot find specified file or folder", then I searched online and saw the issue is related to some control editor, so I went to try to change control editor from trusted installer and was hit with "cant open access to control editor. the system cannot find the file specified" and that's what is stopping me from deleting the virus

As said in the posts above, DICE silently released a patch for the Battlefield 4 Beta, which changed the location of the settings files, breaking BF4 Settings Editor in the process. This hotfix resolves the issue, while also including a few other fixes and improvements. Be sure to update to the latest version!

Lost access to C:\ Drive. "Can't open access control editor. Access is denied" error is displayed

In file explorer I cannot access C:/ it shows access denied and as I search this problem in YouTube some channels said to open propeties and change the permissions in the setting but If I try to open it,It shows you can’t access the control editor
