Windows 10: How do i fix Choose an operating system loop when my computer doesn't have any...

My computer was slow so i decided to reset it and wipe everything but after 2 hours the percent didn’t go up so i pressed reset and now the computer is keeps going on a blue screen asking me to chose an operating system and every time after I do so it restarts then goes back to the same screen I’ve looked at videos but nothing seems to work because it says “ You need to sign in as an administrator to continue, but there aren’t any administrator accounts on this PC.” I’ve also tried the boot menu but I don’t know what to do in there one video said to press ESC then Enter but that didn’t work as

Windows 'Choose an operating system' loop

I recently reset my Windows 10 laptop, and all went fine, until it hit the 'Choose an operating system' page. It keeps on looping, and there are two of the same operating systems- Windows 10 on volume 3. How do I stop this and continue?

 

Stuck in choose operating system loop

I went to update windows after not doing it for a long time and upon restart my computer got stuck in a loop asking to choose an operating sytem and nothing seems to work i have tried a boot device to repair and cancel the upgrade but it hasnt the loop

 

Windows doesn`t start. Authomatic repair doesn`t work.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.
