Windows 10: How do i fix class not registered on windows 8

I cannot click my windows button on my home screen or my keyboard, when i do nothing happens. When i click bluetooth i get “Class Not Registered” I also have no sounds, cannot access anything other than Microsoft Edge. I have done the windows tab + R method and nothing has helped.

• Are you able to tell us when did this happened and how long is this ongoing?
• Were there any newly installed applications or updates applied on the device?
• Do you have another user account we can use on your device?
