Windows 10: How do I fix Critical System Failure

Hello all I have no idea if I'm the right place for this but I need somebody's help.

Earlier today I woke up and turned my computer on to find out it gave me a Critical Service Failure stopcode, followed by a restart and an automatic repair screen with the caption "Windows couldn't load correctly". I pressed restore and that failed so I moved onto the troubleshoot advanced options.

The first option was "startup repair" I pressed restore and after an hour it said it failed.

The second option was startup settings, in this section I tried enabling safe mode, which, to my surprise loaded up however the windows screen was flicking - almost like it was refreshing itself - every so often and I couldn't interact with anything it might be noteworthy that I could use task manager and it wasnt refreshing / flickering but I didn't know what to do from there

In continuation from the second option there was also disable driver signature enforcement and disable early launch anti malware protection both of these failed and took me back to critical system failure, however later today when I tried again to use disable driver signature enforcement I could login but, again, my screen was flickering and I was unable to use or do anything.

The next options on the troubleshoot setting are command prompt, uninstall updates, system restore and system image recovery all of which need my account password, when I try to enter my account password it fails despite it being correct I've tried pressing continue with nothing entered my password for my account and my pin also the authenticator code number and none of these worked.

Another thing is that I tried performing a fresh install which didn't require a password but that failed to.

My computer was fine yesterday and I was doing what I normally have done for the 5 years I've being using it so what caused this to happen and how can I fix this? I don't have a usb to try and reinstall windows and if I tried that I believe my pc would want my password which it doesn't accept...

What can I do to fix my computer? I don't know when I can take it to a repair shop but that is my plan if I cannot fix it myself, I've looked up so many guides youtube videos etc but none of those have worked....

Can anyone help me on here?

  In which user account are you facing this issue?
  

I suggest you to sign out from the current user account, restart the computer and then sign in to the Admin account to check if this helps.

Some problems can be fixed by signing out of your account and then signing back in. Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete and select Sign out. Once you’ve signed out, sign back in to your account.

Ensure to install any pending updates and also update all device drivers to check if this helps.

Critical system failure

I‘ve received a message saying I have ‘Critical system failure’ in my Windows 10 three times during a week.

The system requires me to reset my laptop but every time I do it, it writes that some programs are missing. Any help is appreciated.

 

Programs not working

In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.
