Windows 10: How do I fix DLL errors associated with direct X?

Hello Microsoft staff, I have been having a lot of trouble with my new Lenovo Legion 5i related to Direct X. I installed windows 11 onto the laptop as soon as it arrived. When I finished installing one of my video games and launched it, my laptop gave me an error related to a loss of DLL files. I watched, read and saw a lot of tutorials on how to fix this issue and none of the advice given actually helped me. I tried reinstalling the games, reinstalling windows, and even manually uploading the DLL files into the SYSTEM 32 folder and registering them but nothing works. I also have an error when

Call of Duty Direct x errors

Just replaced my PC with a new an improved model, however I cannot correctly install and run either Call of Duty Modern Warfare or Call of Duty World at War. In install I get an error indicating that Direct X could not be correctly installed. When trying
to run either program a error saying that D3DX9_37.DLL could not be found. Running dxdiag shows that Direct X 12 is installed. I would appreciate any suggestions about how to fix this.

I suggest you to follow the below steps and check:

• 
  Press Windows + R keys together.
  
• 
  Type dxdiag in the run prompt and hit enter.
  
• 
  Now check for the version of Direct x.
