Windows 10: How do i fix dll events?

After several weeks of gaming happily on my new rig i7 13700k 3400Mhz 3080 12gb ASRock Z690 Extreme i decided to get back in to Elden Ring, League of Legends and Civ 6. Civ has been flawless, however League has been plaguing me with sudden reboot crashing, and crashing to desktop, as well as screen frag rebooting and after a few days of tracking and googling event IDs and running an sfc /scannow that did in fact find a repair some things, and scanning my Microsoft store jawn i believe the issue is related to whatever dll is as im seeing it in almost every App error Event ID 1000.

DLL Missing

The problem is, that the required DLL is not actually even listed there.
There are just dozens of download adware links from the top to the bottom.

o.k. I did what you suggested--there was no invida virtual in programs--the message keeps showing on boot up that the "specific module could not be found" run dll--do you know of any download fix for this? *cry

Why don't I just go back and indicate that on my original post? That way there's access to the 'step-by-step' instructions, which are accessed via those green 'plus' signs next to the topics.
