Windows 10: How do I fix Error 0x80070652 when trying to install Microsoft Windows Desktop Runtime -...

When I try to use the installer it gives me the same error message each time, I've also followed many guides on the internet which have all not worked for me, I would truly appreciate some help.

Microsoft Desktop Runtime not working!

Hello there!

I got a new computer in two weeks and has been using it ever since.

I've tried installing the Microsoft Windows Desktop Runtime 8.0.204, but as soon as I start the installation, it says, "setup failed" and spits out the code "0x80070652 - another installation is in progress." I've tried everything I can to try to fix it, but nothing is working. Any ideas?

well i guess i come here too late , i read all , i format my PC 20 hours ago and i get runtime error for like 6 time in less than 12 hours , is there a guide how to fixed it ? steps by steps also if it with picture really apreciate *Sad

in the installation i dont select cortana , i turn off all and dont sign in with microsoft account if this info help

also this problem/bug can cause to reduce the speed of my internet drastically ??
