Windows 10: How do I fix Error active E1696 cannot open source file "GLES3/gl3.h"?

I get this error in the glfw3.h file, when trying to build a project that worked fine on another computer.Error active E1696 cannot open source file "GLES3/gl3.h"I have built projects on this computer before, using the same libraries.What could possibly cause this problem? It's possible I might have changed the Android-NDK. How would I go about fixing the error?

Hi,

I am trying to use #include <GLES3/gl3.h> in my c++14 project in vs2019.

In order to use gl3.h, I have downloaded windows 64bit gles3.0.4 and 3.0.2 and 32bit 3.0.2 from OpenGL ES Emulator – Arm Developer and make setting in the c++ project to use the headers, lib, and dll files. However when I build the project, there is this same error in libEGL.dll for all gles downloaded, the error is

'invalid or corrupt file: cannot read at 0x328'

The same error encountered when I use libEGL.dll (ver 2.1, 64bit) downloaded from libegl.dll free download | DLL‑files.com

I am using Windows SDK version 10.0.20348.0 for Windows 10.0.19044, just wonder is there any other way to build GLES3 in windows 10 environment.

Windows 10 will not activate Error code 0x803F7001

Possibly there can be the problem with Microsoft activation Server, so your Windows 10 is not activated. In this scenario, you need to wait and verify if it is the issue from Microsoft’s side. But if you are getting error code 0x803f7001, you can also try these steps:

1. Open Settings app. Then go to Update and security > Activation screen > Change product.
2. Type your Windows edition product key and click Next.
3. You’ll get We couldn’t activate Windows error message.
4. Retry steps 1-3 then type your 25-characters unique product key.
5. Wait for the process to complete, Windows 10 is activated.
