Windows 10: How do I fix error code 0x800706f4

The first problem was that I could not get any input or output from my devices. Then I thought that my windows was outdated but when I try to update windows in my settings, it would not load. Before I was able to open it but then windows kept on saying the error code 0x800706f4. I was searching online about solutions but I could not find one. Half of my applications icons are also gone when you press the windows key.

When i try logging on to my computer a lenevo e460 with Windows 10 pro it gives me code 0x800706f4 and tells me to restart it and see if that fixes the problem but its not so what should i do
