Windows 10: How do I fix frequency out of range

I have a old monitor and I changed the screen size like screen size and after I couldn’t see my screen at all and it’s just a black screen saying frequency out of range and I don’t know how to fix it I cant see my screen at al;

I have been researching on this issue and found the similar troubleshooting steps that you have tried. However, you may want to give a try to the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the Sony article

Error: Frequency Out of Range and see if that helps.



If the issue persists, I would suggest you get in touch with the
Sony support team and check for any other settings.

"Frequency out of range"

After installing Windows 10 on my desktop, I am getting a "Frequency out of range" message on my monitor and can't proceed. How do I fix this. I have an old Gateway monitor FPD1760.

Hi Bro, I have the exact same problem and cant find solution anywhere. I don't know what to do?

At Windows 10 ISO setup, setup goes to 33% properly. then it go 66% directly. after 83% around it restart and MONITOR ( Old Compaq monitor CRT 14/15 inch at 1024* 760) shows message on blank screen " FREQUENCY OUT OF RANGE, TRY LOWER RESOLUTION)

Now in my pc running window 8 don't have less frequency then 1024. I don't have 800 frequency. Im running with i5 2nd gen, 1 gb inbuilt Display, 8 GB RAM.
