Windows 10: How do I fix "get an app to open xyz link"

everytime I try to play on roblox browser, microsoft stops it and doesnt let me play

How do I open file XYZ with application ABC ?

Right-click .XYZ file > Open with > Choose another app > Click the More apps ↓ link > Scroll down > Click the
Look for another app on this PC link > In the Open with dialog browse for and select ABC.EXE.

If you don't want the .XYZ file extension to be permanently associated with ABC.EXE, make sure the
Always use this app to open .XYZ files checkbox is unchecked before OKing your way out of the dialog.

 

Mail app will not open on 10041.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

 

Phone Link App does not open/start

I have already tried these steps, and just tried again now.

I additionally tried to run Repair as well as Reset, but the App still does not run.

I had seen the post from the link you sent here, but found this not very useful, as some of the instructions suggested do not seem to exist on my Windows edition, and also require the App to open to get to the suggestions listed, which I am unable to do.

Just to clarify, I am running Windows 11 Pro Version 23H2.
