Windows 10: How do i fix Installation Error - 0x80070643

Hello I am trying to install solidworks on my computer but I keep getting an error, I went to see if I needed to update windos update and had to do an update of the Security Update for SQL Server 2019 RTM GDR KB5021125 but in the end it always ends up giving Installation Error - 0x80070643. Any suggestions?

Try to apply the update manually As suggested by Microsoft. I just wrote a
step by step guide.

However be sure that the update itself is downloaded and that the installation part is failing, and not the downloading part.

A guess might suggest something related to .NET framework. Try repairing it using the repair tool mentioned here:

Note the revert button top right.

- do you mean restoring failed to complete, or that it completed successfully, and you still had the problem?

If the latter, the problem may be unrelated to this debloater script.
