Windows 10: How do I fix “Location not available” for iCloud when I boot my computer?

How do I fix “Location not available” for iCloud when I boot my computer?I have 2 “iCloud Photos” directories but cannot delete the one I get the about error on.

  Open the Internet Explorer and press
  F12 key on the keyboard.
  
• 
  Now click on Emulation tab and locate for the
  User agent string and select Internet Explorer 10.
  
• Now try running Microsoft Fix it and check.

If that doesn’t work then I would suggest you to check with iCloud support for further assistance.

I can't open iTunes or iCloud in Windows 10

I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall iTunes and iCloud and check if it fixes the issue. Follow the steps below to uninstall iTunes and iCloud:

ICloud does not update

Try the steps provided below and check if it helps.

Step 1: Uninstall and Re-install ICloud and check if the issues persist.

Step 2: If issues persist uninstall ICloud and Put the system in Clean Boot.

Step 3:
Perform a Clean Boot and find out which application/service is causing this issue.

A clean boot helps to eliminate software conflicts and to determine what is causing the problem.
