Windows 10: How do I fix Microsoft Store Roblox not working?

So one day, I opened it and it crashed while "checking for updates...". I decided to click on repair, but it still doesn't work. So I pressed uninstall. I cannot install it, even after resetting the Microsoft Store cache. I can't upload my screenshot for some reason, but it says something happened on our end with a cross after trying to download it for a while. I'm running on Windows 11, and am a Dell Vostro 15 3510.

Roblox On the Microsoft Store

Welcome to the Microsoft Community forums.

It looks as though the App packages for Roblox may still be on your device, which is why it is not installing.

Please can you:

• Press Win key & R together,
• Type: wsreset
• Press enter

Then try again at launching Windows store and downloading Roblox.

Roblox from Microsoft Store error

May I ask if by update you mean a system update or a Roblox app update? I can understand that it must be a difficult situation for you when things don't work as expected. However, let's follow these methods and check if they work.



1. Microsoft Store Cache Cleanup

• Right-click the Start icon and select "Windows Terminal (Administrator)" -> Enter: wsreset.exe
  

2.Reset Microsoft Store

• Open "Settings" -> Applications -> Applications and Features -> Find "Microsoft Stroe", select -> "Advanced Options" and reset
  

3. Uninstall and reinstall Roblox

• Download it on the internet and use roblox from your browser and try to see if the problem persists.
  
• You need to uninstall roblox in the application settings (Settings -> Apps -> Apps & features -> find the roblox app inside the right input box and click uninstall), then click on the link here, click on the game and it will ask you to install roblox.
