Windows 10: how do i fix MSVCP140_2.dll could not be found

whenever i try to run things it says MSVCP140_2.dll could not be found,MSVCP140_1.dll could not be found, and VRCRUNTIME140_1.dll could not be found and if i download these it says this application was unable to start correctly how do i fix this

The problem is, that the required DLL is not actually even listed there.
There are just dozens of download adware links from the top to the bottom.

o.k. I did what you suggested--there was no invida virtual in programs--the message keeps showing on boot up that the "specific module could not be found" run dll--do you know of any download fix for this? *cry

I actually posted the link for the "list of troubleshooting steps to resolve your boost_threads.dll problems" which is located half way down the page. I did not mean to promote any downloads.

Why don't I just go back and indicate that on my original post? That way there's access to the 'step-by-step' instructions, which are accessed via those green 'plus' signs next to the topics.
