Windows 10: How do I fix my audio issues on my pc?

Hi, turned on my pc this morning to find there is no audio output from it aside system sounds and test sounds. everything else wont make a noise. already established that it isnt an issue with output devices and have tried numerous other things from other forums. could use some help :
