Windows 10: How do I fix my computer blue screening immediately?

I have a friend who's pc we are working and trying to fix. All of the sudden his pc started to receive the BSOD. We first replaced the motherboard, which solved the issue for a day, then his NVME went bad, and he had to replace that. Since then, we have tried almost everything and it doesn't work. Just now I tried to format the new NVME and reinstall windows through another pc, but it just blue screens as soon as you start the pc. It has even started blue screening in safe mode. We have looked up all of the codes, and they all point to driver issues, but we have no way to reinstall the drivers
