Windows 10: How do i fix my computer if i my pin is not available and the recovey in troublehooting...

I think i deactivated some microsoft services in system config. I cant chose the usb option in troubleshooting.

Your PIN is not available. 0x80280013

Whenever I leave my computer for a while and it goes to sleep and I try to enter my pin this error appears - "Your PIN is not available. 0x80280013". This problem goes away after restarting the computer. How do I fix this?

Things I have tried:

• Resetting the pin via Microsoft account email
  
• Changing the PIN
  
• Deleting the Ngc folder
  

Nothing seems to be working.

I am running 64-bit windows 10

 

Pin Login not available and can't change or remove my pin

To help you disable your PIN login, kindly follow the steps below:

• Go to this location: Settings/Accounts/Sign-in options
• Check the PIN options and click the I forget my PIN available to click?
  
• Enter your password, it will prompt you to enter a new PIN.
• Click Cancel and your PIN should be disable upon reboot.
