Windows 10: How do I fix my Home PC after it’s stuck in boot loop from update KB5039302 ?

After the PC did the update automatically, I am stuck in the infinite boot loop. Even if it says preparing repair it gets stuck in the loop and nothing happens. I would greatly appreciate an answer on how to fix this. And I’ve tried to boot from a USB with Windows 11 on it and it still boots from my SSD that has the current update on it.
