Windows 10: How do I fix my inverted touchscreen?

the touchscreen is inverted only up and down so when I tap down the touchscreen thinks its up. its fine sideways though

Invert touchscreen

Is there any way so I can get the touchscreen inverted on the Y-axis through the registry?

If I click on the top of the screen with the pen, the mouse shows on the bottom, so the Y-axis is inverted, but X-axis is fine. I tried multiple drivers for the touchscreen, because the vendor doesn't respond to my e-mails so i can't have the correct driver.

There is any way so I can change any values on the registry so i can reverse the Y-axis? I have the problem touching the screen with the pen and also with the finger.
