Windows 10: How do I fix my keyboard? Its driving me crazy! Every time i press after I press the...

Every time I press the spacebar, it automatically inserts a period after each word typed. The setting for this function is NOT selected so I don't know why its doing this. I tried editing the registry and this also didn't do a darn thing to fix the problem. I'm having other keyboard issues too and they have just become worse and worse that its impossible to to even use the actual keys to type with, which I prefer using over the touch screen. Please help!

Method 1: I suggest you to run System File Checker, which will check your system for missing, corrupt or damaged files and attempt to fix them.

If no corrupted system files were found in the previous state, then I suggest you to try the following steps:

• 
  Open command prompt by pressing Windows key + X and selecting “Command prompt admin”.
  
• 
  In command prompt, type the following commands and press Enter after each command:
  
  DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth
  
  DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
  

• 
  Close the command prompt and restart the PC and check if it works.

• You might have selected an input language other than English. To work around with this, go to
  Control Panel > Region and Language and check. You can also check if your keyboard has a language selection available that may need to be changed.
• We suggest as well that you reset the keyboard layout by reinstalling the language and check if it fixes the issue. Follow the steps below:
