Windows 10: How do I fix my keyboard using keys I'm not pressing e.g. P key types 'qew-riou'

Hello! I have a problem with my laptop keyboard. Sometimes when I press the P key, it types 'qew-riou' and sometimes when I click the quotation mark key it uses F4. please help as soon as possible. Thanks! :

Keyboard keys switched


After the latest windows insider update some keys on my keyboard have changed. For example " is now @ and the opposite as well. Meaning if I want the @ key as in a email address, I must push the " key. I cant seem to find a way to reset to default. The normal keyboard default does nothing. The other changes are listed below, the errors are in bold red;

Let’s try simple steps and check if this helps. Follow the below methods.

Method 1.

I suggest you to run hardware troubleshooter to diagnose the exact issue. It will automatically detect the problem and fix it.

  Press Windows + X keys on the keyboard and select Control Panel.
  
• 
  Type Troubleshooting in the search bar on the Control Panel.
  
• 
  Click on Small icon on the left navigation pane.
  
• 
  Click on Troubleshooting and click on
  Hardware and Device.
  
• 
  Click on Advanced on the Hardware troubleshooter dialog box and click on Run as administrator (Enter the credentials if required).

  Click on Next and follow onscreen instruction complete the Hardware troubleshooter.
  

If the issue still, try the below method.

Method 2.

Let’s try uninstalling and reinstalling the driver and check if this helps.

  Press Windows key + X and select Device manger.

  Click on Keyboard and expand it.
  
• 
  Right click on the driver and uninstall it.
  
• Once you are done uninstalling the driver restart he computer. It will automatically reinstall the keyboard generic driver.

Letter ‘g’ is entered whenever there is any key being pressed on the keyboard

My laptop keyboard is acting weird, when I press any key on the keyboard, the key ‘g’ will be entered as well but this problem is intermediate(sometimes happen, sometime don’t). I’ve tried uninstalling the keyboard driver and also testing with another keyboard, but no luck, the same problem still exist, the only way now I’m able to type is using the on screen keyboard, or I disable the particular key ’g’ to use the keyboard without g. The keyboard key is not stuck either. I’ve tested with the keyboard tester, and the g key will only be trigger is another key on the keyboard is pressed. Is there any possibility that this problem is caused by virus or malware?
