Windows 10: How do i fix my keyboard

I am a student and another person thinking that thay were funny ran there hand across my keyboard witch has caused. multipul problems pressing control v make a past box appear at the top left of the screensometimes in word typing letters will make put letters above all of the tools in word and other Microsoft apps That is all that I have found for nowHow do i reset it to the default keyboardNotesOn the most recent version of windows at the time of righting On windows 11I have a HP laptop Keybord is bilt in

How to fix emoji keyboard not showing up using shortcut
