Windows 10: how do I fix my laptop if it doesn’t run full screen in games

Hi there, I purchased an msi gf63 thin laptop not too long ago and for the first days or so my laptop was fine but after a few days the laptop just randomly stopped working in fullscreen mode for my games. As soon as I launched games like valorant or csgo I would just get a black screen and I would only be able to fix it by playing in windowed or windowed full screen which gives me really bad input delay. If possible please give me a hand or a suggestion on how to fix this issue.

thanks for response. I tried your steps with a Google DNS and Open DNS - but it doesn´t help.

The game still crashes in the moment I try to run it.

I'll be glad for another solutions.

 

Windows doesn`t start. Authomatic repair doesn`t work.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I would like suggestions and look in local stores. I dont wanna buy a laptop from someone online. Sorry. But could be a good idea if you asked him about the performance on older games. Gonna make a list ofall laptops people suggest me.

Remove the screen for space purpose here its small desk and if the screen is opened it will hide my 22 inches lcd
