Windows 10: How do I fix my laptop mouse?

My mouse has been moving on its own and spamming around the screen clicking on random things. This has happened more than once.The issue is not with my USB plugged in mouse as I have removed and check the issue.It is a real annoyance especially when I'm trying to do work or watch shows and this issue randomly happens.
