    How do I fix my local disk D from disconnecting and reconnecting whenever I update a game...


    Whenever I try to update or install anything on my local disk or send a file to it, it disconnects and reconnects and pops up like a flash drive does when you plug it in. When this happens, the update, installation or the sending process gets cancelled.I'm using windows 10.

    It could be a compatibility issue with the latest update and your local disk. We suggest updating your disk driver. Follow these steps:

    • On the Start, type Device Manager.
    • Locate and select Disk drives.
    • Right-click on your disk drive, select Properties.
    • Go to the Driver tab and choose Update Driver.
    • Once done, click OK.

    Hi,

    I installed the new April update and since then, I’m getting a disk error:

    You are running out of disk space on Local Disk (DHow do I fix my local disk D from disconnecting and reconnecting whenever I update a game... :).

    I see I have 406mb/449mb of used space, but how to fixe that?

    I look into the disk, there is nothing! I tried a clean up, but there is nothing to remove.
