Windows 10: How do I fix my microSD USB2.0

I have a microSD USB2.0 and it's not connecting to my windows 10 PC. It's not the port or the USB device I'm trying to plug in. The port works for everything I've tried except for the microSD USB. The microSD USB connects to all the other devices I've plugged it into just fine. I've tried running troubleshooter's and everything else I've found online, but nothing works. It's acting like the device isn't even plugged in. How do I fix this?It won't let me upload the images and screenshots of the problem. I got the microSD USB2.0 for extra space, the SD card in it is 32 gigabytes of space, but It

4 pages of C-0 errata, 26 are listed as "Plan Fix." No mention at all of D-0 stepping so "Plan Fix" could mean they will be addressed in D-0. Some of the "Plan Fix" errata are pretty serious involving suspended state and several VM fixes.
