Windows 10: How do I fix my Settings not opening at all? [Windows 11]

I rarely use the Windows settings since I've set it up as I wanted. But recently my C drive has been filled up with files that are supposed to be at D.Apparently, my settings app won't open at all. When I click on it, it'll just show the logo and immediately close.I alternatively tried to open it by right-clicking the desktop and opening Personalization. But it will just pop an error saying that I do not have an app for the file that I opened, and ask me to download an app like in the Microsoft store.If this is a Windows 11 bug that is yet to be fixed, will I be able to downgrade for the momen

Yeah unfortunately ASUS and Realtek are not stepping up and fixing this it seems. Wherever I see such problems mentioned on forums some users are suggesting just uninstalling the Realtek driver and using the Windows audio driver.
