Windows 10: How do I fix my TPM 2.0 to be detected?

I have an MSI Katana A15 laptop which had windows 11 pre installed on it, I had to downgrade to windows 10 in order to play certain video games since windows 11 wasnt compatible.I am trying to upgrade to windows 11 again since the games have been fixed. The only issue im having is that PC Health Check is saying TPM 2.0 isnt detected.I have updated my BIOS to the latest version, and TPM 2.0 IS ENABLED in BIOS. So i dont know why it isnt being detected now but it says it is enabled. Please help out! Windows 10 is being cut off for updates soon too and i love the look of windows 11.

It seems you’re dealing with a tricky situation. Here are a few steps you can try:

1. Check If TPM is Disabled in BIOS: In some cases, the TPM module might be disabled in your BIOS. Go into your BIOS settings and look for a setting related to TPM. It is often under the “security” tab, but it can vary based on the manufacturer. If it’s disabled, enable it.
   
2. Clear the TPM: If TPM is enabled but not detected, you may need to clear it. This option is also usually found in the BIOS settings. TPM update

Don't know if this is the right place for this thread but whatever, laptop informed me that " a firmware update is needed for you security processor (TPM)," now, i looked up what to do and from a microsoft support thing, the last step says to clear the tpm. it has a warning saying to back up my data, i would like to know what clearing the tpm does, and what measures i need to take to make sure nothing goes wrong.
