Windows 10: How do I fix my windows 10 start up loop?

I restarted my whole computer and I am stuck on the start up loop. When I’m in the start up repair screen I can’t restart without signing in and my brother doesn’t know his password. When I restart it brings me back to the same screen. I also tried the command prompts but soon after I type it in I get the blue screen of death. I tried checking my rams and disconnecting everything that was connected to my laptop, but nothing seems to work. I always get the blue screen of death screen saying something about video management. When I’m setting up my laptop with Cortana, I get close to finishing th
