Windows 10: How do I fix my Windows Hello?

I don't exactly remember when, but one day my Windows Hello suddenly stopped working and I don't know the cause. I have tried what I think is everything possible to fix this issue. I've gone through windows troubleshooting, looked up tutorials on Youtube in many videos I've seen, the comments say that the "fix" doesn't help so I try another video for those solutions to also not change anything, I've even gone through Microsoft forums to look for a fix but nothing has helped. I really enjoyed Windows Hello because it was convenient and I miss it, I don't know what I did for it to suddenly s

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

To resolve this camera issue for your Windows Hello, we suggest that you run Hardware and Device troubleshooter. Refer to the following steps:

• Click on 'search' and select 'settings' and type 'Troubleshooting' and select 'Troubleshooting'
• Click on 'Hardware and Sound' and select 'Hardware and 'Devices' and click on next to run the troubleshooter.
